Wilson's Promontory

Wilson's Promontory

Wilson's Promontory National Park is the southern-most tip of Mainland Australia. This painting “Wilson’s Promontory” of Oberon Bay (on the way back to Tidal River from Waterloo Beach; for image see: http://www.flickr.com/photos/gideonpolya/3729659166/ ) is in acrylic on canvas board (22 inch x 30 inch = 55.9 cm x 76.2 cm), has an underlying human form and has a classical, Fibonacci Sequence-implicit, Golden Rectangle geometry that is used (as well as other geometrical elements) in my huge Paintings for Peace shown on this website.
