"Five eighths 2" is a Fibonacci sequence-inspired collection of overlapping figures with a peaceful Japanese Zen contemplative feel (acrylic on canvas board; 56 x 76 cm; for image see: http://www.flickr.com/photos/gideonpolya/4449511836/ ). The Fibonacci Sequence is implicit in the classical Golden Rectangle geometry that is used (as well as other geometrical elements) in my huge Paintings for Peace shown on this website.
